How do I book inland transport?

Inland Transport Booking

You can book Intermodal – Carrier Haulage online together with your ocean shipment. On the Ocean Transport booking page, select SD in the Location details box. This means Maersk will handle the inland transportation of your full container load (FCL). With our rail coverage, trucking, and barge, you don’t need to transact with multiple suppliers or coordinate several handovers.

Please note that online bookings are only applicable for Intermodal – Carrier Haulage services. If you're a new customer or looking to book our other inland services (Intermodal – Multi-Carrier, Intercontinental Rail or Ground Freight), please send your enquiry via the Contact us form and we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can make an offline booking by contacting your local Maersk office.
